In your Oceanfront View Condo you'll enjoy a cozy, comfortable place, nicely furnished with cable TV, DVD/VCR Player, audio center, direct dial telephone, hi-speed wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with Complimentary Firelog, and ocean view from the kitchen, living room and deck.

Upgraded unit featuring newly installed solid bamboo floors in entry, hall and kitchen, all appliances including new refrigerator, new glass top stove/oven, updated lighting, decor and complimentary Starbuck's Coffee pack for 2011! (May have Premium Kirkland Signature for a couple months as Costco was out of both Starbucks and Tullys brew packs, but note, the Kirkland Signature seems to be better)

Both Units feature high speed internet with direct plug in to modem, separate from Condominium system, ensuring super high speed internet and privacy. Private, secure Wireless and private high speed direct connect ethernet in both 201 and 208. These two beachfront units are end units, which provide larger square footage and an extra window to take in the waves and beach. The Nautilus also offers a common whirlpool/hot tub. The Nautilus units #201 and #208 both have its own spectacular view of the Pacific, and a grassy nature preserve which Ocean Shores has put aside as habitat for indigenous plants and animals. Each unit has an individual character and features larger square footage and extra panoramic windows as they are both end units.

The living room is equipped with queen sized double, entertainment center, and a wood-burning fireplace. The full kitchen has a pass-through with a view of the Pacific. The bedroom is furnished with a new queen-size bed. The Nautilus #201 and #208 Oceanfront Condos are a great value in a wonderful environment.

A $20 cleaning surcharge per pet per night applies. ● For all BizX payments, add $45 cash cleaning charge. ● A local tax rate of 11.4% is levied on all rental charges. Cancellations: ● Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable, less the administrative fee posted below. ● Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival can be applied to a replacement booking within one year of original booking date, based on prevailing rates and administrative fee is waived. ● One night's rent in addition to the administrative fee posted below shall be forfeited for all cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4:00 PM check-in of scheduled arrival date, unless rented to another party. Minimum $30 up to 10% administrative fee shall be charged for cancellations. Unpaid balances are subject to a 100% nonpayment fee or collections fees.
